I am humbled and grateful to have the opportunity to express my thoughts to all of you in this publication. Reflecting on the journey of Elites Realty Group from its foundation to our current standing fills me with immense joy, energy, and motivation. It inspires me continuously to introduce our global community to unique and characterful properties in Albania.
Elites Realty Group started just last year, inspired by the beautiful way homes are shown off in Europe and the Western world. We thought, why not do the same for Albania’s properties? After all, so many beautiful spots here were just not getting the attention they deserved. It seemed wrong to keep these hidden gems a secret. So, we began by posting great photos and videos online. People really liked what they saw, and our audience grew quickly. It became clear pretty fast that Elites was on its way to something big.
Sharing stories and pictures of homes in Saranda connected with people. In less than a year, we got 7 million views in just 10 months and started getting noticed all over Albania and Europe. Today, I’m proud to say we’ve got a big family of elite members and we have broken records in Sales and Rentals. We’ve shown that even the most overlooked places can shine bright and capture hearts everywhere, just by sharing their stories the right way.
In today’s world, we’re all a bit tired of the usual real estate hustle, where everything’s about selling and transactions. Sure, transactions are key because they build relationships, but what if we could start by making friends first? Let’s share the true sense of belonging that comes with the exclusive properties in Saranda. We aim to offer people a way to escape their daily lives, go the extra mile, and through their screens, let them feel the sea breeze and waterfront lifestyle.
